Can a public body — a school, a municipality — buy from you?

What the rules say

• Purchases of goods and services below 5.000 euro may be made outside MePA; below 140.000 euro a public body may award a supply directly.
• A supplier established in another EU country is not part of Italian electronic invoicing: the body receives our regular invoice and integrates it itself, as for any intra-EU purchase.
• The CIG is the code the body obtains from ANAC to trace its payment; the CUP identifies a funded project. They belong on the body's own payment. Today we cannot print them on our invoice.

How to buy

Place the order on the site like any customer, with the body's name and VAT number on the Checkout page, and pay at order — by card, or by bank transfer before production starts. We do not take purchase orders, we do not invoice first and collect later, and we are not registered on MePA.
